Portland Potato vodka shaken with house made limoncello, brown sugar simple syrup and a drop of ginger juice. Served over ice and topped with sparkling brut.

Bacardi silver rum, fresh pressed watermelon juice and mint simple syrup, shaken until icy and topped with soda water.  

 

THUNDERBIRD $9 

 

Benchmark Bourbon Stirred with our house jalapeno simple syrup and muddled pineapple chunks. Served over a big cube or up. 

 

TESTEROSA $8 

 

El Jimador Tequila, Cointreau, fresh squeezed blood orange juice and house sour mix. Stirred until very chilled and topped with a splash of lemon-lime soda.
